We strictly weight our data to census demographics (age, gender, education, and region) to ensure accurate, representative national samples with a margin of error of ±2-3%.
Data collection runs continuously. We aggregate, weight, and publish the finalized dataset on the 1st of every month. Advanced and Apex subscribers receive instant notifications when the interactive dashboard is updated.

Yes. You can upgrade or cancel your subscription directly with your account representative. If you upgrade, we will prorate the cost difference. If you cancel, you will retain full access to your dashboard until the end of your current annual billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any partial years or unused time.
Advanced and Apex users are provided with a dedicated API key and documentation. The REST API allows you to pull the latest JSON endpoints directly into your internal BI tools (like Tableau or PowerBI), intranets, or custom campaign applications in real-time as soon as a new month's data is verified.
